


In 2024, Tänndalen decided to implement the OKR framework to create clearer goal alignment and boost engagement across the organization. With support from Noxit, they have established a structured approach that connects long-term strategy with concrete and measurable outcomes.
Before Tänndalen started using Noxit, their goal management was handled in PowerPoint – a method that proved difficult to maintain and lacked the flexibility their operations required. By transitioning to Noxit, they gained a clear structure and an efficient way to follow up on their goals.

Unlike the traditional OKR model, Tänndalen chose to adapt the framework to the seasonal variations of their business. They define two primary focus periods:

Each focus period includes a set of activities that teams work on weekly or biweekly. To ensure alignment, six stand-ups are held each season, where team members share updates and progress.
