From PowerPoint to structured goal setting in Noxit

Adapted OKRs to the organization’s seasonal focus
Unlike the traditional OKR model, Tänndalen chose to adapt the framework to the seasonal variations of their business. They define two primary focus periods:
Winter focus

Summer focus
Planned separately and tailored to the specific operations during that period.
Each focus period includes a set of activities that teams work on weekly or biweekly. To ensure alignment, six stand-ups are held each season, where team members share updates and progress.
