I det h\u00e4r avsnittet av <\/strong><strong><em>N\u00e5 m\u00e5l<\/em><\/strong><strong> g\u00e4star Ebba Lagercrantz, VD p\u00e5 P\u00e4ndy, och delar med sig av sina erfarenheter fr\u00e5n e\u2011handel, marknadsf\u00f6ring och resan fr\u00e5n operativa roller till att leda hela bolaget.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Intervjun leds av Sophie Hedestad, VD och medgrundare av Noxit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fr\u00e5n e\u2011handel till VD f\u00f6r P\u00e4ndy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vem \u00e4r Ebba Lagercrantz och hur s\u00e5g din resa till VD-rollen ut?<br><\/strong>Jag heter Ebba Lagercrantz, \u00e4r 32 \u00e5r och uppvuxen i Stockholm. Jag har en bakgrund inom e\u2011handel och marknadsf\u00f6ring och leder idag <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pandym2s.com\/pages\/story\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">P\u00e4ndy<\/a>, ett konfektyrbolag inom FMCG. N\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 P\u00e4ndy f\u00f6r fem \u00e5r sedan var vi tre personer. I dag \u00e4r vi 17 medarbetare och en del av Humble Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vad \u00e4r P\u00e4ndy?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ber\u00e4tta om P\u00e4ndy, vilka \u00e4r ni och vad g\u00f6r ni?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>P\u00e4ndy \u00e4r ett svenskt konfektyrbolag med fokus p\u00e5 socker reducerat godis. Vi utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n klassiska godissorter som m\u00e5nga k\u00e4nner igen fr\u00e5n l\u00f6sgodis. F\u00e4rg, smak och form men tar bort sockret och ers\u00e4tter det med v\u00e5r egen patenterade fiberl\u00f6sning. Resultatet \u00e4r godis utan tillsatt socker, utan att kompromissa med smakupplevelsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r bolaget startades var fokus proteinberikade produkter f\u00f6r en nischad fitness m\u00e5lgrupp. Strax innan jag b\u00f6rjade gjordes en total ompositionering av varum\u00e4rket, d\u00e4r vi gick fr\u00e5n protein till sockerreduktion. Jag kom in som marknadschef 2020 med uppdraget att leda den omst\u00e4llningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Var finns P\u00e4ndys produkter?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Var kan man k\u00f6pa P\u00e4ndy i dag?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>P\u00e4ndys produkter finns brett distribuerade i Sverige och Norge i den dagligvaruhandeln, servicehandeln som Pressbyr\u00e5n och 7\u2011Eleven, online via n\u00e4tapotek, Amazon och v\u00e5r egen e\u2011handel. F\u00f6r kunder utanf\u00f6r Norden \u00e4r Amazon det enklaste s\u00e4ttet att hitta P\u00e4ndy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tidiga erfarenheter av m\u00e5l och KPI:er<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur b\u00f6rjade du arbeta med m\u00e5l och <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/noxit.io\/sv\/okr-vs-kpi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>KPI:er<\/strong><\/a><strong>?<br><\/strong>Min bakgrund inom e\u2011handel har pr\u00e4glat mitt s\u00e4tt att arbeta med m\u00e5l. D\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e4stan allt m\u00e4tbart. Tidigt i min karri\u00e4r arbetade jag med influencer marketing p\u00e5 ett stort e\u2011handelsbolag, d\u00e4r m\u00e5len var extremt konkreta \u2013 ofta kopplade till f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning via rabattkoder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi hade tydliga KPI:er som visade exakt hur mycket int\u00e4kter varje kampanj genererade. Det skapade en stark f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r sambandet mellan aktivitet och resultat, n\u00e5got jag haft stor nytta av senare som ledare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fr\u00e5n individuella m\u00e5l till bolagsstyrning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur skiljer sig m\u00e5lbilden som VD j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med operativa roller?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Det \u00e4r en enorm skillnad. Som VD handlar det inte bara om egna KPI:er, utan om att f\u00e5 hela organisationen att r\u00f6ra sig i samma riktning. P\u00e5 P\u00e4ndy \u00e4gs vi till 100 % av Humble Group, vilket inneb\u00e4r att \u00f6vergripande m\u00e5l och prioriteringar s\u00e4tts p\u00e5 koncernniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Min roll \u00e4r att \u00f6vers\u00e4tta dessa \u00e4gardirektiv till konkreta, realistiska m\u00e5l f\u00f6r P\u00e4ndy p\u00e5 bolagsniv\u00e5, teamniv\u00e5 och individniv\u00e5. Alla ska f\u00f6rst\u00e5 <em>varf\u00f6r<\/em> m\u00e5len finns och hur deras arbete bidrar till helheten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00e5 arbetar P\u00e4ndy med m\u00e5l<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur bryter ni ner m\u00e5l i organisationen?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Arbetet b\u00f6rjar i budgetprocessen, ofta med prognoser fr\u00e5n s\u00e4ljteamet. D\u00e4refter involveras logistik, operations och marknad f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att m\u00e5len \u00e4r genomf\u00f6rbara. N\u00e4r bolags m\u00e5len \u00e4r satta bryts de ner till teamm\u00e5l och vidare till individuella KPI:er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla p\u00e5 P\u00e4ndy har tydliga m\u00e5l, b\u00e5de individuella KPI:er, teamm\u00e5l och bolagsm\u00e5l. Det skapar ansvar, transparens och engagemang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uppf\u00f6ljning: m\u00e5nad, kvartal och \u00e5r<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur ofta f\u00f6ljer ni upp era KPI:er?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Vi arbetar med m\u00e5nadsvisa KPI:er och f\u00f6ljer upp b\u00e5de p\u00e5 m\u00e5nads- och kvartalsbasis. Samtidigt \u00e4r det hel\u00e5rsbudgeten som \u00e4r styrande. Enskilda m\u00e5nader kan variera, men \u00f6ver tid ska kvartalen och \u00e5ret ligga i linje med planen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Engagemang i snabbv\u00e4xande bolag<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur f\u00e5r man med sig olika personligheter mot samma m\u00e5l?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Transparens \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande. Medarbetare beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rst\u00e5 var siffrorna kommer ifr\u00e5n och k\u00e4nna att m\u00e5len \u00e4r b\u00e5de utmanande och realistiska. I ett tillv\u00e4xtbolag som P\u00e4ndy attraheras ofta personer som \u00e4r drivna och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsben\u00e4gna, vilket underl\u00e4ttar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om n\u00e5gon \u00e4nd\u00e5 k\u00e4nner motst\u00e5nd f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker vi bryta ner m\u00e5len i mindre delar och f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vad som skapar os\u00e4kerhet. Engagemang skapas genom delaktighet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Balansen mellan kortsiktigt och l\u00e5ngsiktigt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur balanserar du daglig drift med l\u00e5ngsiktig transformation?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Det \u00e4r en av de st\u00f6rsta ledarskap utmaningarna. P\u00e4ndy har vuxit snabbt och g\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n starkt tillv\u00e4xtfokus till ett \u00f6kat fokus p\u00e5 l\u00f6nsamhet. Samtidigt m\u00e5ste den dagliga verksamheten fungera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi arbetar agilt och har alltid haft en tre\u00e5rig strategi, men den har reviderats flera g\u00e5nger. F\u00f6r oss handlar det om att v\u00e5ga t\u00e4nka fram\u00e5t utan att tappa tempo i vardagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En framg\u00e5ngsfaktor: digital first<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vad \u00e4r du mest stolt \u00f6ver i P\u00e4ndys resa?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Att vi v\u00e5gade g\u00f6ra saker annorlunda. Vi hade ett tydligt <em>digital first<\/em>-perspektiv tidigt, b\u00e5de inom marknadsf\u00f6ring och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning. Genom e\u2011handel och digitala marknadsplatser kunde vi snabbt samla data, f\u00f6rst\u00e5 v\u00e5r m\u00e5lgrupp och bygga varum\u00e4rke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det lade grunden f\u00f6r v\u00e5r snabba tillv\u00e4xt och gjorde det l\u00e4ttare att senare ta steget tillbaka in i fysisk handel med b\u00e4ttre insikter \u00e4n m\u00e5nga traditionella akt\u00f6rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00e5 firar P\u00e4ndy n\u00e4r m\u00e5l n\u00e5s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur firar ni framg\u00e5ngar?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Att fira m\u00e5l \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r oss. Vi har m\u00e5nadsvisa AW:s d\u00e4r vi lyfter b\u00e5de stora och sm\u00e5 framg\u00e5ngar. Det kan handla om allt fr\u00e5n personliga prestationer till att n\u00e5 st\u00f6rre milstolpar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyligen firade vi att P\u00e4ndy passerade 100 miljoner kronor i oms\u00e4ttning year\u2011to\u2011date \u2013 med stor fest. Att stanna upp och fira st\u00e4rker b\u00e5de kultur och motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ebbas ledarskap p\u00e5 P\u00e4ndy pr\u00e4glas av tydliga m\u00e5l, transparens och ett starkt engagemang f\u00f6r b\u00e5de m\u00e4nniskor och resultat. Genom att kombinera datadrivet arbetss\u00e4tt, realistiska KPI:er och en tydlig riktning har P\u00e4ndy vuxit fr\u00e5n ett litet team till ett etablerat varum\u00e4rke i godishyllan \u2013 och resan forts\u00e4tter.
