De senaste tre \u00e5ren har jag lett Forsta som COO och VD, med huvudfokus p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagets f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsstrategier. Det har varit en otrolig resa, och v\u00e5rt huvudm\u00e5l har varit betydande tillv\u00e4xt. Jag ser fram emot att dela med mig av v\u00e5ra erfarenheter och insikter i den h\u00e4r intervjun.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kan du dela med dig av varf\u00f6r du startade Forsta och hur du blev involverad med Verdane?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jag har erfarenhet fr\u00e5n SaaS-f\u00f6retag, vilket f\u00f6rst fick mig att jobba som r\u00e5dgivare p\u00e5 Verdane. Tidigt d\u00e4r ins\u00e5g Verdane och teamet att Forsta, som tidigare hette Confirmit, hade stor potential som inte utnyttjades helt. Jag gick samman med v\u00e5r d\u00e5varande VD. Tillsammans b\u00f6rjade vi \u00e4ndra f\u00f6retagets strategi och hur det drevs.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u00e5ter som att du gjorde ett smart drag. Var du med och best\u00e4mde vad f\u00f6retaget ville uppn\u00e5 och vad det st\u00e5r f\u00f6r? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ja, absolut. Forsta hade en fantastisk produkt och teknikplattform, men tillv\u00e4xten hade stagnerat p\u00e5 grund av en underpresterande f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsstrategi. S\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag kom in, f\u00f6rnyade vi v\u00e5r strategi f\u00f6r att fokusera p\u00e5 b\u00e5de organisk och icke-organisk tillv\u00e4xt, vilket vi satsade p\u00e5 under de f\u00f6rsta 18 m\u00e5naderna till tv\u00e5 \u00e5r och som till slut ledde till att f\u00f6retaget f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvades mindre \u00e4n tre \u00e5r senare.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5r vision var tydlig: att bli den ledande plattformen f\u00f6r m\u00e4nsklig upplevelse i v\u00e4rlden, d\u00e4r f\u00f6retag s\u00f6ker insikter f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra sina verksamheter. Denna \u00f6vergripande vision v\u00e4gledde v\u00e5ra m\u00e5l, och det var avg\u00f6rande att f\u00f6ra ner dem s\u00e5 att varje anst\u00e4lld f\u00f6rstod sin roll f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 den.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>M\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning kan vara komplicerat, s\u00e4rskilt i en snabbt f\u00f6r\u00e4nderlig aff\u00e4rsmilj\u00f6. Hur s\u00e4tter och kommunicerar du m\u00e5l inom dina organisationer?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Att s\u00e4tta m\u00e5l \u00e4r viktigt. Vi har en strukturerad process f\u00f6r detta. I b\u00f6rjan av varje \u00e5r kommunicerar vi de viktigaste m\u00e4tenheterna och m\u00e5len vi vill uppn\u00e5. Dessa inkluderar kundn\u00f6jdhet, NPS-po\u00e4ng, tillv\u00e4xtsiffror, kostnader och medarbetarupplevelse. Vi bryter ner dem p\u00e5 olika avdelningar och team.<\/p>\n<p>Varje avdelning utvecklar sina <a href=\"http:\/\/old.noxit.io\/sv\/okr\/\">M\u00e5l och Nyckelresultat (OKR)<\/a> baserat p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagets m\u00e5l. Till exempel funderar kundsupportavdelningen p\u00e5 hur deras supportkvalitet p\u00e5verkar kundn\u00f6jdheten, medan snabbheten i svar p\u00e5verkar kundlojaliteten. OKR-processen s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att alla i organisationen \u00e4r \u00f6verens.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S\u00e5, ni anv\u00e4nder OKR f\u00f6r avdelnings- och teamniv\u00e5m\u00e5l. Vad s\u00e4gs om individuella anst\u00e4llda? Har de ocks\u00e5 OKR?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ja, det g\u00f6r de. Varje anst\u00e4lld har sina egna m\u00e5l och planer som \u00e4r kopplade till avdelnings- och f\u00f6retagsm\u00e5len. Dessa individuella m\u00e5l integreras i prestationsutv\u00e4rderingsprocessen, vilket g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda att se hur de bidrar till sitt teams m\u00e5l och, slutligen, f\u00f6retagets m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Det \u00e4r viktigt att regelbundet prata om och f\u00f6lja upp m\u00e5len. Hur ofta g\u00e5r ni igenom och \u00e4ndrar dem?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vi delar upp v\u00e5ra m\u00e5l i kvartalscykler, vilket matchar f\u00f6retagets naturliga rytm. Vissa m\u00e4tetal, som medarbetarupplevelse, f\u00f6ljer en halv\u00e5rsrytm med mellanliggande uppf\u00f6ljningar. Men det som \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande \u00e4r de m\u00e5natliga allm\u00e4nna m\u00f6tena d\u00e4r hela f\u00f6retaget samlas f\u00f6r att uppdatera alla om v\u00e5r prestation, framsteg och status f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra m\u00e5l. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt att ha bi-veckovisa teamm\u00f6ten f\u00f6r mer fokuserade diskussioner.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Du har delat med dig av ett bra s\u00e4tt att s\u00e4tta m\u00e5l inom dina f\u00f6retag. Men m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag har problem med att genomf\u00f6ra m\u00e5len. Vad skulle du rekommendera f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som vill g\u00f6ra m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningen tydligare och l\u00e4ttare att genomf\u00f6ra?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det \u00e4r sant att m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r utmaningar n\u00e4r de f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker uppn\u00e5 sina m\u00e5l. En viktig aspekt \u00e4r f\u00f6renkling. \u00d6verkomplicera inte processen f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta m\u00e5l. Kommunicera dina m\u00e5l tidigt s\u00e5 att anst\u00e4llda har en f\u00f6rspr\u00e5ng och kan fundera \u00f6ver hur de kan bidra. Jag \u00e4r engagerad i att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra mina schackkunskaper och har b\u00f6rjat ta lektioner online. Mitt personliga knep f\u00f6r m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning \u00e4r konsekvens. Precis som inom aff\u00e4rer avs\u00e4tter jag tid och skyddar den f\u00f6r mina personliga intressen.
