As an employee in Noxit, your focus is simple: understand what matters, take ownership, and drive progress. In this video, you’ve seen how to manage your goals at the Me level, check in on team key results, and connect your work to the bigger picture.

To get started:

  • Complete your profile

  • Review company and team goals to understand direction

  • Update progress on the key results you own

  • Add confidence and reflections during check-ins

  • Create personal objectives with measurable, time-bound key results

  • Add clear actions with deadlines and status

  • Link your goals to relevant team objectives

If a goal is highly individual (like personal development), keep it at the Me level. If it directly impacts your team’s performance, consider placing or linking it at the team level.

Remember: progress creates momentum. Keep your key results updated, use comments to collaborate, and review your goals regularly with your manager.

Your goals are not isolated — they contribute to your team and the company’s North Star.
